Material Specifications
Currently, all bottles collected through the Zephor network are PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) — the most recyclable plastic type. We offer four processing formats depending on your downstream requirements.
Bottles as-collected, crushed flat for space efficiency. Ideal for recyclers with in-house shredding or washing lines.
As-IsPET shredded into flakes, washed, and dried. Directly usable in spinning, injection moulding, or film extrusion lines.
Value-AddedBottles compacted into high-density bales. Significantly reduces transport volume — ideal for long-distance shipment.
Logistics-OptimisedPET processed into uniform pellets ready for direct re-manufacturing into new bottles, fibres, or packaging materials.
Ready-to-Use* All formats sourced exclusively from PET bottles collected via Zephor RVMs. Additional plastic types planned for future phases.
